What more can we say Rich went over and above what was expected. He kept in constant contact with us through the whole time the house was on the market. He offered help in any way we needed. He actually found a buyer for our house so quickly that the for sale sign never even went up before the family made an offer. We had been in our house 46 years and had no knowledge of what needed to be done. Rich was always patient with our many questions . I would recommend him without hesitation.
