Five stars are woefully inadequate to rate my experience with "Ady" . Double it. I had a difficult real estate project. I had reached out to four real estate companies. Ady was the quickest response. Right from the start he daily sent me properties to check out. We settled on two "finalists". Ady worked every aspect. He set up tours with me and my team. He walked us through zoning and planning issues - no small feat. Without Ady's help I would not have gotten through a zoning appeal process. Everyone told me I had about a 10% chance of success. Everyone but Ady. He said "We're gonna get this." And we did. He went so far beyond what I would expect from a realtor. And I never felt it was about a commission. It was about Ady making my project a success. My success became his personal goal. Even after the sale closed he stayed on top of it making sure I got utilities transferred hooking me up with services I needed for property development. My project took over a year to close. And now that we've closed Ady still keeps in touch to offer his help. He has gone beyond being my realtor. He is my friend and I know when I look for another real estate project there will be no other call. Just Ady.
