As first-time home buyers my wife and I were quite nervous and uncertain about the process. In fact we weren't even sure if we should look at houses or condos. Thankfully Patti is amazingly patient knowledgeable and helpful. She showed us several houses and condos and helped us sort-out the pros and cons of each. She helped us understand the process of buying and gave great advice and insight. Patti put in a lot of time with us and always seemed very happy to do so. When we finally found the house that we wanted it turned out to be a somewhat unusual situation and the seller and seller's agent were -- well let's just say "less than cooperative" to be nice. Patti was a true professional throughout. We are now proud homeowners and due greatly to Patti's dedication and integrity. I believe that Patti genuinely cares about her clients and truly enjoys helping match people with the right home. I consider Patti a friend now and if I hit the lottery tomorrow and decide to buy 10 more houses Patti will be my realtor for all of them.
