I recently had to sell my mothers home in Middleborough Ma this was the first time I have ever sold a house. Pam gave me great advice about preparing the home for sale and how to come  up with the best sale price. Pam was very professional and responded quickly to all my questions wether it was by phone text etc. I found that Pam was very knowledgeable and if she didn't know the answer she would find it out and get back to me. She had arranged open houses for the property as soon as it was ready to go on the market. We received several offers and the home sold quickly. The entire process was relatively painless and I experienced no major difficulties. It was a pleasure having Pam as my realtor.
