9 years ago I drove by an open house because I liked the house from the outside although I wasn't buying I stopped to check it out with my then 10 year old daughter. I was honest up front saying I'm not a buyer . She showed me the house . The way she did it was magical…I said to myself if I ever to buy a house I need her. About 2 years later I was thinking on buying I searched for her. she helped me with that process. I had a team working with me. I bought 3 homes with Caryn and just sold the first house she helped me buy in 2015. We became great friends over the years.
