Tom is incredible! In our first call I immediately noticed that he was taking notes but not just any notes. He was of course writing down our desires but more importantly he was taking notes about WHO we are as people: our passions jobs hobbies family pet names etc! This might seem like small potatoes but it makes all the difference that Tom wanted to know and remember us as people. Not only did it help him help us find a place but it allowed us to connect at a deeper (and friendly fun) level. I am thrilled to have found him and we will work with him again!
