We needed to sell our house within a very short time frame due to personal circumstances. Ali was a tremendous help in finding us the perfect place on the Cape. We were coming in from out of town and had limited time to see places and she was incredibly accommodating of our schedule. She had all sorts of connections with other realtors which allowed us to get in and see listings and pre-listings of homes. We could not have done it without her. Sometimes people are just doing their job and they do it very well, yet they have no idea what a difference it makes in someone else’s life. The real estate agent, Kerrie McNamara, is like that. She represented the seller and I was an unrepresented buyer in a recent real estate transaction. Her rapid replies to all my questions and lingering doubts kept things moving quickly. Tyla was hands out amazing from the first message I sent her throughout the whole process. I would of given up shortly into the journey if it wasn't for Tyla I truly can not say enough good thing about her, she made the process truly a dream. I recommend her to everyone I know. I had an apartment to rent and when I asked around about who I should use all answers were Marika. I couldn't have been happier with my experience with her. I didn't get a chance to work with her long because she rented the place out incredibly fast. Marika is great at communicating and keeping everyone up to date. I would highly recommend her!

The home buying process is so stressful and daunting these days, Erin made this whole experience a breeze. She listened to our budget, got us in showings quickly and accomadated our crazy schedules.
