My sister and I entrusted Val with the sale of our aunt's house, and we were so glad we did! She's an outstanding realtor who will go above and beyond for you! Val is very knowldgeable about the real estate market, professional and extremely helpful with everything involving the sale. She constantly communicated with us by phone or email. At one point in the process of selling the house my sister and I were both home recovering from medical problems and unable to drive. Val did not hesitate to step in and help with things that needed to be done at the house before the day to pass papers. She also came to our homes to deliver papers for us to sign. I get many real estate agent mailings and for some reason Justin's seemed to stand out. I looked up his bio and thought he might be a good match for the property. I found his approach interesting and was curious to see how things would go. Well, in the end, selecting Justin was like hitting a home run.
