Beth Van Der Veer

My name is Beth Van der Veer, and I live in the beautiful seacoast town of Marion, Massachusetts. I have been a top producing Jack Conway Mattapoisett Agent since entering the real estate business in 1986. During my tenure, I have been named the Annual Top Selling and/or Listing Agent Companywide 15 times, as well as top agent in the Mattapoisett office for the last 30 years.

I’m proud of these achievements, not on a personal level, but because they mean I am serving my home buyers and sellers well – so well that they return to me when another move is in their lives and they refer their friends and family members to me.

Before entering the real estate field, I worked in marketing and owned a restaurant, the “Great Eastern,” in North Conway, New Hampshire. I am originally from Connecticut and earned a bachelor’s degree in business and marketing at Ohio State University. I have two grown children, Cameron and Amy, and two young grandchildren.

I don’t have a recipe for success in the real estate industry, but for me it has always been about serving my home buyers and sellers to the very best of my ability. I strive to give my clients constant attention, to care about their needs, to inform them of new market trends, and to deliver service with a smile.

It’s been said that doing well in real estate is 10 percent luck and 90 percent attitude. Jack Conway, our company founder, said to me early in my career, “Just love what you do, Beth, and success will follow.” He was right.
