Recorded right in our boardroom, the conversation offered a rare behind-the-scenes look at Carol’s journey, not just as the daughter of company founder Jack Conway, but as a determined and visionary leader in her own right. Before the interview, Carol gave Candy a personal tour of our newly renovated space, including our classroom, relocation department, Hanover sales team, and other key parts of our one-stop-shop experience.
In the interview, Carol opens up about growing up in a real estate family, what she learned from her father, and how she earned her place at the helm of a company that now spans 20 offices and 700 agents across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
“Don’t wait for someone to put an opportunity out on a silver platter for you, because they’re not going to do it. I adored my dad, but he didn’t give me this opportunity. I needed to earn it.”
